Event & Community Care Testimonials

I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for holding this event. It was a true blessing, to receive all the goodies that my children did.  My kids had a blast yesterday, learning new things and meeting each person at the vendor tables, the bouncy house and pizza knocked it out of the park. Thank you for the time everyone put in to make this event successful and the school supplies and backpacks that also will help our family financially. I loved seeing everyone’s smiling face!  The fresh produce as we left was amazing and a blessing to our family as well.  Again, thank you for this wonderful event, this was our first time attending and it very much exceeded my expectations.

Hello, I heard about this event through Sealston Elementary PTA and wanted to say thank you for organizing this event. This was a great community event and will help all 3 of my children with school supplies this year. Also, the food bank having fresh produce was a huge help to my family as well. I look forward to next year and the upcoming events you will be hosting.

I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work and time that went into yesterday’s event. You guys did an amazing job. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Getting a real backpack the kids can use was amazing. I particularly loved all the fresh vegetables we got to take home. I was happy to see how many families came out. We’ve been sharing the information through the PTA to families and we’ll do so again next year.

Hello, this was our first time participating in the IMPACTFUL back-to-school bash. It was lots of fun.  Thank you for all the time, energy, organizing, planning, etc. that went into this.

We loved that the NERF Games and Gun Safety Event helped my son understand the importance of gun safety.  He and his uncle go hunting and I am always concerned that he does not understand the magnitude of being around weapons.  When I asked him what he remembered he said that Sergeant Eves said that once the bullet goes you can't take it back.  I am led to believe he was teaching them the importance of aiming at someone and possibly injuring them.  They can never get that moment back, it stuck with J*****.  So I thank Impact King George again for another event that serves the community.  We will see you at the next event!
